Map what you have
We look at what information you use, which systems hold it, who needs it, and where it goes missing. This first assessment has a set price and clear results before we start.
Myrtle Beach, SC · Data organization & orchestration for small businesses
I put your business information in order. I connect the tools you already use. Then you can see what is going on, ask questions, and decide what to do next. What I build most is your business tools in one place.
Start with where your information lives, what you use now, and your budget.
Not every problem needs AI. Sometimes the fix is a simpler process, cleaner records, or a tool you already own.
The main offer
One place to search your records. Answers you can trace back to the record they came from. A short list of what needs your attention today, so nothing important sits forgotten in an inbox.
One tidy place to look. Your records are easy to read. The things you still owe someone are in plain sight. Questions get answered from your own records, not from memory.
STEP 01
Email, spreadsheets, calendars, customer files and job apps stay the systems your team already uses.
STEP 02
I connect only the systems you say yes to. We start in read-only mode, so nothing changes until you decide.
STEP 03
Records get cleaned up and put in one searchable spot. You stop looking up the same thing twice.
STEP 04
Cloud, or a machine you own. We choose based on your data, your budget, and what your setup allows.
STEP 05
You get summaries and follow-ups. Nothing changes in your systems until you approve it.
Nothing here runs on its own. You decide what connects and what gets approved, and what we build depends on your tools, your budget, and what is possible.
What you can ask it
These are examples of what this setup is built to answer. Nothing on this page comes from a live client system, and none of the numbers are real.
“What's waiting on me?”
An example answer: three customers are still waiting on a reply, one estimate is past its follow-up date, and two requests have not been picked up. Each line shows the record it came from, so you can check it.
Where it would come from
Inbox · job records · calendar
Nothing on this page connects to a real system. A working version answers from the records you already keep, shows where each answer came from, and leaves the decision to you.
Tell me what you'd want to askLook first, then build
Every project starts by looking at your systems, permissions, limits, and budget. Nothing gets built until we agree on the approach.
We look at what information you use, which systems hold it, who needs it, and where it goes missing. This first assessment has a set price and clear results before we start.
We check access, permissions, whether your data can be used, cloud or local AI, running costs, and limits. We pick a solution only after we know it can work.
We start small: answers from your own records, with the source shown for each one. Small enough to judge, useful enough to keep.
Then we add follow-ups or updates to your systems one step at a time. Permissions are set, and we keep a record of what changed. Support after that is optional.
Start with a conversation. The first assessment has a set price before it begins. Each stage after that is agreed on its own.
Hosting, software subscriptions, model or API fees, and any upkeep are listed separately in the proposal. What it all costs depends on your tools and what you need.
Two ways to build it
We pick the approach while we map your systems and permissions, not before. Cost, fit, and what is possible come out of that talk.
Usually the faster way to get something working, and you spend less on hardware up front. Model, API and software fees can keep running each month, and connecting your tools still takes real work.
Runs on a computer in your building, using a model I pick and set up. A normal desktop can handle lighter work. Bigger jobs can need a stronger machine, and how much depends on your documents, the model, and how many people use it. Local processing keeps day to day work on site. Backups, updates, and outside services can still send data and cost money.
Some records are fine to send out. Others you would rather keep in your building. A mixed setup puts each part where it belongs, and I will tell you which is which.
Neither option is always easier, cheaper, or private. I do not promise a specific connection until we test it against your actual systems.
Talk through which one fitsWhat I do
Getting your information in order is the center of the work. The rest is how it gets connected and kept useful.
01 / ONE PLACE
The main service. I put your information in order and connect the tools you already use. You can see what is going on, ask questions, and decide what to do next. Nothing changes in your systems without your say-so.
02 / AUTOMATION
Movement. I set up how information moves between your tools, plus reminders and repeat steps, so a handoff does not depend on someone remembering it.
03 / CUSTOM HELPERS
Reasoning. We design an assistant for one clear task. It gets rules, approved tools, and a person who checks the work.
04 / WEBSITES
Information intake. A clear website that collects inquiries and details in a form your business can use, not just a mailbox nobody reads.
05 / REPORTING
Insight. Simple tracking and reports built from the records you already keep, so you do not answer the same question twice.
Selected website work
Two Grand Strand website projects. For each, I worked with the client to shape the design, layout, structure, and content around their preferences.
Website project / Grand Strand
Local services · Clear navigation · Contact paths
AI-assisted website development with client input on preferences, page structure, design, and content.
Website project / Myrtle Beach
Community organization · Mission · Information
AI-assisted website development, working with the client on how the site should look, read, and be organized.
Project title cards above are graphic treatments, not screenshots. The links open the live websites. No traffic, revenue, or performance results are claimed.
Explore an idea
A few connected steps can help a team move from an incoming request to a clear next action. The diagram shows the shape of it, then we can assess what your tools really support.

Concept for: owners and operations managers
PreviewThese demonstrations use sample information. They do not send messages, book appointments, dispatch staff, or connect to a live business system. They illustrate an interface and workflow, not a deployed client product.
Details of private operational work stay private. No traffic, revenue, or performance results are claimed.
Tell me how you currently track work and where information gets lost. We can assess whether an existing tool, a process change, or a small prototype makes sense.
Experience, with context
Website projects, internal workflows, and AI experiments are different kinds of experience. Here's how mine fits together.
Hands-on work organizing business development records and connecting tools such as Google Sheets, Make, Twilio, and AI-assisted workflows, alongside internal tracking, reporting, and scheduled monitoring. These are working personal and internal workflows, not commercial product launches.
Installing and testing local language models, exploring agent workflows, and defining operating rules, permissions, memory, and approval steps. This work informs my approach to feasibility; it is not presented as a deployed client product.
Details of private operational work stay private. A new client project begins with its own requirements and feasibility review.

Founder, AI Made Simple
“I want the technology to make sense for your business, and I want you to understand why.”
Meet Sean
I taught myself technology by fixing real problems, and most of my work comes down to information: I organize records, connect the tools a business already uses, and build simple workflows and reports around them.
I saw how much time gets lost to tools that do not talk to each other, handoffs nobody owns, and looking up the same thing five times. AI Made Simple started as a way to fix that.
We work through the details together. I explain the tradeoffs in plain words and tell you honestly what I can and cannot do. A new tool only helps if it fits the way you work.
Tell me what you're working onA few useful answers
One place that connects the systems you already use and answers questions from your own records. It starts in read-only mode, so you can see what it would tell you before anything changes.
No. The whole point is to make the tools you already use work together. If something is not worth keeping, I will say so before we build around it.
No. A clearer spreadsheet, a tidier process, or a better website may be the right answer. We start with where your information gets lost.
We work that out while we map your systems. We agree on which tools connect, what access is allowed, and whether the work runs in the cloud or on a machine you control. Some records should not be connected at all, and I will tell you when that is the case.
I can help design and test an assistant for one clear task. First we look at the tools it needs, what it is allowed to do, who approves the work, and whether it can work at all. A test version does not mean it is ready for daily use.
I will explain what is blocking it and suggest a smaller step, an existing tool, or someone else who can help. I only take on work I know I can finish.
Start a conversation
Where does your information get spread out? What would you like to be able to ask it? Tell me what you use today, what keeps slipping, and your rough budget. We will start with what is realistic.
You do not need a technical plan. Plain words are enough to start.
